Job description
Bespoke Britannia are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident managing competing priorities while anticipating the CEO's needs.
This is a key role that requires a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, forward planning, emotional intelligence.
Executive Support
Manage an extremely busy and dynamic calendar; coordinate complex travel itineraries (domestic and international).
Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls; draft and respond on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
Organize and prepare for high-level meetings including board meetings, investor presentations, and leadership off-sites.
Maintain an excellent understanding of business priorities to proactively manage and triage information, requests, and time.
Strategic & Operational Support
Attend key meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications with a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
Conduct research and synthesize information to support executive decision-making.
Partner with internal departments (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) to execute on cross-functional tasks on behalf of the CEO.
International Logistics with organising private planes, Business Class flights and chauffeur management
Gatekeeping & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Build strong relationships with service providers, the CEO and their clients.
Travel
You will spend 1 month in America (must have the possibility of getting an ESTA)
You will spend 3 months of the year in Ibiza
You will be based out of London working out of the office so must be based in or within commuting distance.
Job is Monday to Friday in London with flexibility over the weekends
Job requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate or a very busy HNWI
Music and Film industry background will be an advantage
Longevity in previous roles - minimum of 3 years with one employer
UK passport holder and freedom of travel (no restrictions).
