£60,000 plus benefits | Monday–Friday | 9am - 6pm

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of an exclusive fleet of approximately 25 luxury and supercars based in Mayfair.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for high-performance vehicles and strong administrative skills. Working within a fast-paced and dynamic office environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fleet is maintained, tracked, organised, and operating efficiently at all times. you will work collaboratively with colleagues within a busy and rapidly growing office environment.

The role requires excellent organisational abilities, strong Excel skills, and the confidence to liaise with manufacturers, service providers, and internal stakeholders. Whilst a mechanical background is not required, previous experience managing vehicles or working within a fleet-related environment would be highly advantageous.

 

The Role

This position requires someone who has experience with luxury cars and a passion for cars - 

  • Oversee the management of a fleet of approximately 25 luxury and supercars.

  • Maintain accurate vehicle records, documentation, and reporting systems.

  • Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, MOTs, registrations, and warranties.

  • Coordinate with manufacturers, dealerships, and approved service providers.

  • Track vehicle movements and ensure all fleet data is updated accurately.

  • Produce regular fleet reports and management information using Microsoft Excel.

  • Arrange transportation and logistics for vehicles when required.

  • Support with vehicle acquisitions, disposals, and handovers.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, insurance, and operational requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and operational processes.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues within a busy and rapidly growing office environment.

  • You will report to the Chief of Staff and support them with administrative tasks and operational duties as required.

Package

  • Hours - Monday–Friday, 9am - 6pm

  • Salary of £60,000 per annum.

  • Private healthcare.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Fleet Manager, Fleet Coordinator, Vehicle Operations, or similar role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Passion for luxury, prestige, or performance vehicles.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally in relation to fleet requirements.
