House Manager – Belgravia

£80,000–£90,000 | Monday–Friday | Off-site accommodation provided

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced House Manager to oversee a newly renovated 20,000 sq ft private residence in Belgravia. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting a highly private household within a professional family office structure.

 

The Role

This position requires someone who combines attention to detail with pace, and who takes genuine pride in running a household to the highest standards. You will have full oversight of the day-to-day operation of the home and act as the key point of coordination between principals, staff, contractors, and the wider property team.

  • Full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the home

  • Oversight of housekeeping standards, maintenance, tidying, daily checks, cleaning and repairs.

  • Management of household systems (HVAC, lighting, AV) in line with family preferences

  • Laundry dry cleaning and wardrobe management

  • Coordination of staff, contractors and third-party suppliers

  • Inventory control, deliveries, wardrobe care and household organisation

  • Preparation and hosting of events in collaboration with the principals and EA team

  • Ad-hoc lifestyle support, including some driving with notice

 

 

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience 5-10 years experience managing a large, high-value private residence with longevity of 3 years +

  • Technically confident and comfortable troubleshooting household systems

  • Highly proactive, organised and solutions-focused

  • Discreet, emotionally intelligent and comfortable working behind the scenes

  • Experienced administrator confident with organisational tools such as Excel. Whatsapp and email.

  • Flexible, positive and adaptable with a no-task-too-small approach
