HOUSEKEEPER - CHISWICK 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Bespoke Britannia in Chiswick. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

As a Housekeeper at Bespoke Britannia, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensuring all rooms and common areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard
  • Changing linens and towels, and restocking amenities
  • Wardrobe management -To include dry cleaning, washing and putting away clothes.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Coordinating with the rest of the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • You will have to effectively be able to deal with service providers, and external contractors - the use of a smart phone is essential

Package

  • The client is offering a long-term PAYE role for the right candidate, £40,000 - £50,000DOE. Please note this is a live out role.
  • Days - Monday - Friday - Hours - 10am start - 40 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, and a strong work ethic. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this position.

CANDIDATE requirements

  • You must have been working in a similar role within a large private household, and have a good understanding of the processes.
  • You must have a clear understanding of timescales and be proactive on ensuring all tasks are competed.
  • Fluent in English and strong communication skills are essential to this role as you will be working as part of a team.
  • We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, and has the ability to manage their own workload. Also you must have experience dealing with a busy household including contractors.
  • You will need to be discreet, professional and can use your own initiative.
