Job description
Bespoke Britannia are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team and provide exceptional care for our clients’ children. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in your care. Your primary focus will be on the well-being and development of the children, ensuring they are happy, healthy, and thriving. You will work closely with the families to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized care and support.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, has a warm and caring demeanour, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have previous experience as a Nanny or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of child development and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Your Duties may include but are not limited to –
Provide high-quality childcare services for children in a private household setting
Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children’s physical, social, and emotional development
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
Coordinate and oversee the children’s daily routines, including school drop-offs and pickups
Collaborate with parents to ensure the children’s well-being and development goals are met
Package
£50,000 – £60,000 DOE – Plus bonus and benefits
Working week on week off – Average hours 10am – 8pm (10 hours per day)
Leave to be taken on weeks off where possible.

Job requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nanny
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends this will also include some travel.
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with children of various ages
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
