Job description
Bespoke Britannia are working with a client in the Kensington area that is looking to expand their security team, offering week on/off rotation. We are looking for two security professionals that have experience working within private households and are able to adapt to a range of different tasks. We operate a small team, and will be looking for someone that is a great team player, and steps up to ensure the property is secure at all times. As a Residential Security Officer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of patrolling the residential properties, diligently monitoring security cameras, and promptly responding to any security incidents that may occur during the night. Your primary objective will be to uphold a safe and secure environment for the residents and their valuable property.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the residential properties to ensure comprehensive security coverage
Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and address any potential threats or breaches
Respond to security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities
Provide assistance and support to residents in addressing security-related concerns
We are seeking individuals who exhibit reliability, keen observation skills, and a strong sense of responsibility towards their duties. Our client requires a minimum of two years experience within a similar role and offer comprehensive training to successful candidates. We are looking for someone is is academically astute, and has hobbies and interests outside of work which benefit the role
Job Role
Regular patrols - Lock up/Unlock etc.
Completing thorough handovers, with phones, keys, access cards, health and safety management.
Manage all the residential infrastructure programmes during the shift.
Report all observations and incidents no matter how small and follow the site process.
Monitoring CCTV, intruder alarms and fire alarms when required.
Willingness to support in more general estate work, when required to help the greater team.
SIA Close protection licence is essential to this role
Package
This is a PAYE role offering between £56,000 – £60,000pa DOE equivalent of £310 – £340 per shift
12 Hour shifts - 6pm - 6am - 7 days per week - Week on/off - No Accommodation provided
January start for the right candidates.
Great work life balance - On/Off rotation.
You will be paid on the last day of the month.

Experience working within a RST is essential.
Full training will be provided, this will include day and night shifts so you must be able to accommodate both. The training will take place off site where accommodation will be provided.
SIA Close Protection licence is legal requirement, and essential to this role.
